Margaret and her daughter Madeline inspired their family to create this fund because they believed all families deserve the chance to experience the transformative power of summer camp. As one of Margaret's college teachers beautifully said about her: "For an age too often guilty of cynicism and suspicion, Margaret regards her fellow creatures with unwaveringly cheery and human optimism, a beacon of love viewing the world through a glass brightly."
